They are amazing and so reasonably priced. I shopped around and they are definitely lower than anyone I found near me and they do such a wonderful job picking the clothes up, to getting them super clean to folding them tightly and hanging what needs to be hung on hangers to being professional and polite! Devon and his team are the BEST to work with. I have four Airbnb suites in Litchfield Park, AZ and my average guest stay is 2 days. Thanks to the affordable pricing and excellent quality from Go Get My Laundry Service I am able to provide my guests with professionally cleaned sheets, quilts, towels, etc. I have received many compliments on the cleanliness of the linens and it's all thanks to Devon and his team. They are also very quick with service. We can request pick up one day and they will arrive the following day and return clean linens the very next day. I cannot recommend them enough. This was my first time using GoGet My Laundry and I could not be happier. I had ordered same day pickup and next day drop off but received a call from the company owner that their driver had been rear-ended on the way to my house and they would not be able to make it. As a solution the owner offered, without my asking, to upgrade my service to all same day so my laundry would still be done when I needed it. ~ Jason C

Questions & Answers

Can I provide my own soaps and softeners?
With our residential services, yes you sure can. You can provide soap, softener, scent beads or Oxi-Clean. You can even provide your own hangers if you like. The only thing you can not provide is bleach. Bleach is included and our drivers will not transport customer provided bleach. When providing your own supplies, please do not place them in the bag with your laundry, just set them to the side.
How do I know how much my order weighs?
For our residential service, simply bag your laundry in a 13 gallon trash bag and make sure it does not rip. Feel free to send in as many bags as you like. We will cap the weight of each bag to 15 pounds. EXAMPLE: If you send in 3 bags, the max weight will be 45 pounds. If you send in more then 15, you only pay for 15. If you send in less then 15, you pay the actual weight. Commercial orders are charged based on actual weight.
What soaps and softeners do you offer?
We offer Tide Original, Gain Original, Unscented Hypoallergenic and Purex Naturals. Softeners we offer Downy original, Gain Softener and Down Free & Gentle. Customers are more then welcome to send in their own soap and / or softener. However we do not permit customers to send in their own bleach. Bleach is provided at no extra charge. Oxi-Clean is also available.
What do you mean by residential service?
Residential service is the processing of traditional household laundry. Clothing, bath linens and bedding... heck, we will be glad to wash the dog bed, if it needs washing.
Do you offer commercial laundry services.
Yes, we offer amazing commercial laundry. We provide uniform services, hospitality, medical, personal services, gyms, event services and general laundry. Our commercial facility can handle any order type.
